Principal Internal Auditor needed in Leeds
The salary is £48,069.00.
This is a permanent position.

The successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of a range of internal audit work, including management of a team, for a specified area of responsibility (e.g. Investigations/Transport/Adult Education Budget (AEB) in line with Public Sector Internal Audit Standards.
They will identify improvements in internal control, governance, risk management, and operational effectiveness and efficiency, liaising with all levels of employees across the organisation to agree on the changes necessary to drive continuous improvement. They will provide expert advice/consultancy, including attendance at relevant boards, on a wide range of internal control, corporate governance, and risk management arrangements.
