We are supporting City of Lincoln Council with the recruitment for a Principal Lawyer to join their legal services team permanently. As well as being a part of the senior management team, this unique opportunity provides the chance to be involved with a diverse range of work including commercial property and contractual matters.
About the Principal Lawyer opportunity:
You will be supporting with the delivery of major projects, and leading on strategic commercial and property matters. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is commercially minded, and looking to lead a small team.
Duties of the Principal Lawyer opportunity will include:
Leading on commercial and residential property matters
Supporting two junior members
Advising on strategic and complex matters

Experience required:
Qualified as a Solicitor or Cilex qualified. We would be extremely interested in hearing from candidates with a private practice or public sector background.
