The Role: As a Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our NPI (New Product Introduction) team. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects meet internal and external customer requirements. From concept designs to production, you will collaborate with the wider technology team to bring innovative ideas to life. Additionally, you will provide technical support for the manufacture, installation, and support of our systems. As a Principal, you will lead the technical aspects of product development and drive design improvements using various engineering tools to make informed decisions. Your Profile: Extensive relevant work experience, including working with complex systems and systems configuration Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead large projects Proficient in FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and risk analysis techniques Familiarity with project management techniques Excellent understanding of mechanical design principles Ability to coach and mentor other team members Joining our team means being part of a dynamic and innovative environment that pushes the boundaries of scientific exploration.
