Plus, they will work with you to create a tailored development plan to help you keep moving forward in your career. The Role: Principal Design Engineer

Actively contribute to design projects, including developing project plans, preparing specifications, and creating 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks. Perform verification and validation activities, engaging with subcontractors and customers to ensure excellence in design and functionality. Produce comprehensive parts lists and bills of materials, and support the production team in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting, particularly for new product introductions. Lead design reviews, and be the technical voice for mechanical engineering. The Candidate: Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

The ideal candidate will consider themselves a proactive person who looks for solutions to problems and will have most of the following skills and experience: 3+ years’ experience in mechanical design in a role such as Design Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Senior Design Engineer. Qualification in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience using SolidWorks, Inventor, Solid Edge, Creo, or a similar package. Ability to think on your feet. Confident in voicing your opinions and ideas, both within the team and to other departments.
