As a Principal or Associate Engineer you will take on a key role in supporting and delivering innovative designs for a range of healthcare projects. Educational Background:

A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent qualifications will also be considered. This educational foundation will provide you with the essential technical knowledge required for the role. Professional Accreditation:

Ideally, you will hold Chartered Engineer status or be actively working towards submission with a recognized institution such as CIBSE or IMechE. This commitment to professional development reflects your dedication to maintaining high standards in engineering practice. Consultancy and Contracting Experience:

You should possess prior experience in consultancy or contracting roles, specifically in areas such as Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Design and Specification, Surveying and Reporting, and Project Management. This experience will equip you with a comprehensive understanding of the industry and its demands. Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration:

Experience working within a multidisciplinary environment is essential. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with both internal teams and external clients. Your ability to engage with diverse stakeholders will enhance project outcomes and foster strong professional relationships. Holistic Approach to Design:

You will understand the importance of holistic working, recognizing that good design integrates various disciplines and perspectives. Your previous experience in healthcare projects will further enrich your ability to deliver innovative and effective design solutions that meet client needs. Team-Oriented Mindset:
