Ideally, you will hold Chartered Engineer status or be actively working towards submission with a recognized institution such as CIBSE or IMechE. You should possess prior experience in consultancy or contracting roles, specifically in areas such as Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Design and Specification, Surveying and Reporting, and Project Management. Experience working within a multidisciplinary environment is essential.
