They are independent building services design, energy efficiency and sustainability consultants. They provide clients with professional unbiased consultancy relating to all forms of building services including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water services, lighting, power, data, fire alarms, security, CCTV, access control, renewable energy generation, and incoming services network infrastructure. They offer the skills increasingly necessary to provide fully coordinated integrated building services design to deliver the true best value to both buildings owners and end users. They are at the forefront of building services technologies and have successfully delivered innovative award-winning projects. The Position Join an independent building services design, energy efficiency, and sustainability consultancy, providing clients with professional unbiased consultancy relating to all forms of building services as a Principal Mechanical Engineer. This consultancy is based in Ascot, Berkshire, and is a team of around 25 people made up of Mechanical, Electrical, CAD, Revit, and Sustainability Engineers. You will work on projects predominantly in the retail sector but residential and commercial too. As a consultancy, they offer as much training and development as possible to all their members of staff, and can offer a path of progression to Associate and beyond. Minimum Requirements Proven experience in mechanical engineering design. Strong understanding of building services. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
