As our Principal Oracle Solution Architect, you'll lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge solutions for our most complex and high-profile clients. Partnering with C-Suite leaders and tackling challenges with strategic finesse, this is your chance to shape the future and make a lasting impact. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy. Provide expert guidance on Oracle SaaS Applications, including Finance, Procurement, PPM, EPM, HCM, and reporting tools. Create and enhance coherent, end-to-end solutions. Create, develop and maintain high-level design documentation. Advise clients on risks and impacts during design authority meetings. Provide oversight and guidance to Data Migration, Reporting, and Integration teams. Understand Oracle tools (such as OIC and OAC) and their capabilities, align with business objectives, and ensure the implementation of a coherent solution design. Manage relationships with senior client stakeholders, providing expert advice on Oracle applications. Support the pre-sales team in designing robust solutions. Provide solution leadership in difficult situations, ensuring robust governance structures. Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering continuous learning and improvement. Identify value and drive realization, understanding business cases and commercial awareness. Qualifications:

Extensive experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Finance systems and understanding the full capabilities of Oracle HCM, Procurement, PPM, and EPM applications. Experience leading large multi-pillar programs, including Finance and HCM, in a solution lead capacity. Experience designing Data Migration, Integration, and Reporting solutions using Oracle tools such as OIC and OAC. A wide range of industry experience, especially in Central Government, Financial Services, and Local Government. Experience implementing Oracle eBS Finance applications. Proven ability to drive teams to meet challenging goals. Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to clearly articulate solutions and provide leadership in challenging situations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. Commercial awareness and understanding of business cases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and balance competing priorities. Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or ERP is a plus; multiple certifications expected in future.
