As a Principal Process Engineer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will provide leadership in the delivery of engineering and technical activities through the application of process, domain knowledge, and experience. Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for: Resolving a range of technical issues and problems. Compiling technical reports and accompanying presentations. Providing, reviewing, and adhering to specifications in accordance with stakeholder requirements. Coaching, mentoring, and assisting others on matters pertaining to their own discipline. Developing business awareness. Building strong working relationships with stakeholders. Working independently with limited technical direction or as part of a small team. Working as a subject matter expert in a specialist subject area. This role is full time, 37 hours per week and requires regular travel to Warrington or Bristol on a weekly basis alongside home working arrangements. Agile working may be available to employees in some instances, applying the principles of fairness and consistency whilst ensuring that the overriding business needs can be appropriately met. We are happy to consider flexible, blended working, including part-time, condensed hours, and job sharing. Please ask about alternative patterns of work at interview. Essential Experience of the Principal Process Engineer:

Demonstrable experience in managing teams to deliver analysis activities on a range of project types. Proven experience in covering a variety of tasks across a range of complexities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with other disciplines. Ideally, experience of working in the nuclear sector (not essential). Qualifications for the Principal Process Engineer:

A Chemical Engineering degree is a requirement. You must be a chartered chemical engineer. Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role. Further details are available on request. What We Offer:
