Role Introduction

The

Senior Product Owner

is a product feature/function expert who works closely with customers (and the market) to ensure needs are understood and prioritised. With a strong focus on maximising the value delivered, the Senior Product Owner applies their deep understanding of market and customer needs, to prioritise requirements and ensure the Product Backlog aligns. This role suits someone who enjoys collaborating with customers, staying abreast of market changes, and is experienced working with Engineering squads. What You Will Do

Facilitates customer problem definition workshops and gathers customer feedback continuously Performs customer requirements gathering and validation, ensuring a clear understanding of the problems to solve / job to be done and the value creation Visits customers & market representatives/events to review & challenge solution requirements Shares product expertise internally and externally, delivering effective product demonstrations Presents the platform delivery roadmap internally and externally Performs Ideas Management and prioritises / action plans accordingly] Configures platform analytics tooling to test hypotheses and drive product performance Works closely with the Delivery Product Owner ensuring alignment and shared understanding of product vision, priorities & progress Prioritises the Product Backlog with a focus on customer / market needs and stakeholder feedback Creates skeleton user stories and acceptance criteria, working closely with Experience Design on wireframe designs Works closely with customer during user testing sessions and Beta/Early Adopter engagements What You Will Have

Understands and has experience in Cloud / SaaS software development within a Platform as as Service eco-system Understands and has experience of Agile methodologies and continuous deployment working practices Understands and has experience in Product Owner or Business Analysis roles Good domain / industry knowledge Strong customer facing skills with the ability to represent the company in a confident and professional manner An analytical approach to problem solving A good communicator with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain a network of relationships with internal teams, external customers and others Excellent people and collaboration skills What We Do For You
