Are you a Principal Project Manager who wants to work on exciting new projects, and be a key player in the delivery of important commercial and political focused projects in the West Yorkshire area?

Do you want to be fully responsible for the project management for a wide range of projects that will make an enormous difference in the community and ensure they are delivered on time and to budget?

On offer is an opportunity to join a local public authority with newly granted authority from central government to oversee and implement its own projects and have control to ensure that the exciting new projects are delivered on time and to budget for the people of West Yorkshire.

In this role you will be responsible for delivery of a portfolio of multi-disciplinary projects from planning to delivery of projects to the value of £50Million, lead the team, manage commercial negotiations, PMA adherence, manage commercial and political stakeholders.

The ideal candidate lives commutable distance to Leeds, is Prince2 Practitioner, worked on complex, high profile projects and can present to high level stakeholders, oversee high value projects, and deliver them on time and on budget.

The Role:

Project Management in complex capital project environment

Lead & manage commercial negotiations for live projects

Team management and stakeholder engagement

The Person:

Prince 2 Practitioner, RICS

Experience and practical of RIBA design

Proven Contract and Project Management skills

Deliver complex, high-profile projects, finance management
