In this role, no two days will be the same. As a
Principal Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy and Finance , you'll work closely with customers and candidates to make perfect recruitment matches. Generate roles to recruit for by meeting new customers and understanding their recruitment needs. Maintain strong relationships with your existing portfolio of customers to create a consistent job flow. Work creatively across multiple platforms to grow a game-changing candidate pipeline and place them in their ideal roles. Be a subject matter expert in Accountancy and Finance recruitment, advising customers and candidates while cross-selling our products and services. The Right Person:
We are eager to meet candidates who are people-oriented and can demonstrate: Experience in recruiting within Accountancy and Finance in an agency environment, for roles from Finance Manager to Chief Financial Officer. Integrity:
Demonstrating honesty, transparency, and reliability to both customers and candidates. Great Communication:
At all levels. You'll be able to pick up the phone and speak to anyone. Tenacity:
