What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Maths, Business or related field. Experience of performing SEO for international enterprise websites is critical. Experience of SEO for ecommerce, marketplace or affiliate websites is desirable. In-depth specialism in technical SEO is desirable, but a candidate with less-strong technical SEO experience will be considered as long as they demonstrate strategic expertise. Experience of identifying where technical implementations such as JavaScript rendering and faceted navigation are affecting SEO, and collaborating with development teams to find pragmatic solutions. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar platforms. Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet tight deliverables. You are comfortable manipulating large datasets and can use data to support your decision making. Excellent ability to partner with marketing, usability, program management, technology and other teams to affect on-site and off-site impact. Experience with international websites desirable. Splunk, Omniture or Google Analytics experience, preferred. Ability to create meaningful business reports and tell stories with data.
