With so many moving parts all in one engine, learning and improving from testing is a critical part of making the best engine on the grid.

This company is a well-known name in the motorsport world for delivering high-performance powertrains for a number of race series around the world. They are involved in all aspects of the powertrain coming to life, from initial design, manufacturing, and testing.

Responsibilities:

Delivering a clear path for outlining testing procedures for test rigs and dynos. Measuring a range of aspects dependent on project requirements. Providing data analysis through AVL Indicom to give development direction for the design team.

Requirements: Previous ICE powertrain experience across either automotive or motorsport applications. Confidence in delivering precise testing plans. Ability to present findings in testing results.
