We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive individual to design and deliver high-quality training packages focused on EPIC Cogito applications. You will have a willingness to learn and a desire to expand your knowledge, gaining Epic qualifications through successfully completing relevant application training and certification. With this knowledge, you will develop a training curriculum and associated training materials in accordance with the EPIC workflows: sourcing, writing, and designing appropriate learning and development materials. You will lead and/or take ownership of the development of specific key pieces of learning and development, providing specialist credential training on Epic system applications. The post holder will make a significant contribution to developing the digital maturity of the organization through the successful delivery of the Cogito training programme. As part of this role, you will be expected to undertake bespoke training with Epic (our EPR Partner & Supplier). It is likely that the training will be held remotely, although some training may require travel to Bristol or the USA. This role is based at either Exeter or Barnstaple and will be discussed at the interview. Working Pattern:
