You will manage exciting projects and client accounts, and lead a team whos focussed on delivering requirements and ensuring successful outcomes. Our new mobility solutions change the way we move people and goods by land and air, reducing climate impact and improving air quality; improving equity, accessibility and safety; delivering mobility services that are environmentally and economically sustainable.Our projects portfolio includes strategy, business case, design and implementation of electric and alternatively fuelled vehicles, mobility hubs, Mobility as a Service, autonomous, advanced air mobility. In Engineering, you'll create some of the worlds most iconic and ground-breaking structures and spaces that transform the world around us, from making journeys easier to opening up public places that bring people together. We partner with our clients across the globe to design thriving and connected cities and communities that enable opportunity for all and keep the world moving. Climate change, urbanization and digitization trends are requiring todays mobility projects and systems to address an evolving set of demands from the worlds growing population. We design connected, sustainable solutions that integrate existing infrastructure with new technologies, and optimize the mobility of people and goods.Role Accountabilities Win and deliver high quality work in Transport Planning with a focus on New Mobility, achieving high levels of client satisfaction. Project manage and/or task lead the delivery of projects. Support the development of the capability and capacity required to meet market needs Work with the sector Solution Director to create the market for, bid for and win new work and repeat business Be a market facing lead for New Mobility solutions Support with the implementation of agreed standards and create an environment for adoption of best practice Identify ways to improve processes, efficiency and reduce costs using automation and digitalisation of service Qualifications & ExperienceThe candidate should have a bachelors or masters degree (preferably in transport planning, geography or similar) and experience leading or working within a relevant business function within a multinational engineering or professional services firm. With a proven track record of high-quality delivery in the Transport Planning space, wed also like to see leadership capability and the ability to inspire geographically dispersed teams You should be experienced in the successful delivery and management of projects and teams, ideally in both the private and public sectors. We are seeking a motivated individual, confident at communicating and presenting to internal and external clients.The successful individual should have a rounded skill set in transport planning work with a focus in New Mobility Solutions, together with experience in stakeholder engagement and report writing. Significant experience in transport planning and strategy development Experience of working as part of a large multi-disciplinary team. Proven business and client development skills. Able to produce quality written documents, whether proposals or reports. Experience of managing projects and teams, plus coaching and mentoring team members Excellent report writing and communication skills. Ability to deliver the production of support transport technical documents. Excellent organisational skills.
