Our client is now hiring Principal and Associate level Urban Designers in the Cirencester office to help shape impactful projects that positively influence communities. Role & Responsibilities

Develop masterplans for projects of varying sizes, from concept through outline and reserved matters planning applications. Take a lead role in the management of projects. Work on large-scale masterplans and residential layout design primarily, and other complex projects across various sectors. Create strategic documents, such as vision statements and design codes, to guide and protect project development. Work directly with clients. Collaborate with the Urbanism team and manage small teams, while also working independently. Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications: Degree, Masters, or Diploma in Urban Design, Architecture, or a related field within the Built Environment. Possess a minimum of 4 years UK project experience. Prior experience in private practice, consultancy, or commercial housebuilding; detailed design/RMA experience preferred. Proficiency in CAD software; knowledge of Vector Works and/or SketchUp is a plus. Familiarity with local authority guidelines and planning systems. Self-driven, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills for effective collaboration. What you get back
