Full Time Contract Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Principle Licensing Officer based in London. This is a contract role working full time hours. The job: Undertake compliance and enforcement work regarding licensing. Carry out inspections, evidence gathering, preparation of prosecution papers, witness statements, and support documentation. Represent the client at business forums and meetings where required. Prepare reports for committees and attend hearings, including court attendance where required. The candidate: Experience working in a licensing role is required. In-depth knowledge and experience of the Licensing Act 2003, Gambling Act 2005, and other licensing regime applications and processes.
