Job Description As a Senior or Principal Product Manager for UK, you will play a critical role in driving Sage Intacct’s success in the UK across multiple verticals and sales channels. A successful candidate will have a laser-like focus on understanding customer, market, product, and compliance needs to drive the definition and delivery of market-winning products and solutions.

Please note that this role is hybrid and requires working 3 days a week from either our Newcastle, London, Winnersh, or Manchester office. Key Responsibilities Lead product, compliance, customer, market, localization research, and competitive product analysis to define and communicate product strategy to win.

Build product strategy alignment across go-to-market teams including sales, marketing, services, partners, and business development to deliver business success.

Determine product prioritization and define the product gaps/solutions needed to win.

Write detailed product requirements/user stories and collaborate with user experience and product teams to design and deliver capabilities that delight customers and differentiate against competitors.

Lead and collaborate with global Sage cross-regional product groups and business teams to deliver whole product solutions by leveraging Sage and/or partner solutions.

Coach cross-functional product managers and product marketing professionals worldwide to define sales and product execution roadmap to win.

Requirements: Degree in Accounting OR Computer field with experience performing accounting functions, or implementing financial accounting applications for multi-national companies.

Significant experience working with customers to understand requirements and validate/iterate on proposed solutions.

Experience managing projects with a track record of successful delivery.

Strong leadership skills working with people from different departments together toward a common objective.

SaaS (software as a service) product solution experience.
