Role Overview
Advantage Recruitment is actively seeking an experienced CMC Encloser Operator for a well-established Printing client. This position offers an initial temporary contract with the potential for a permanent role after 12 weeks for the right candidate. You will be joining a fast-paced commercial printing environment, where quality and efficiency are key.
Responsibilities:
- Machine Set-up & Operation:
- Set up and operate Buhrs/CMC9000enclosers at commercial speeds.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of high-volume enclosers.
- Quality Control:
- Monitor and maintain the quality of products, ensuring consistent standards.
- Additional Duties:
- Experience with laser operating or polywrap processes would be a plus but is not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience:
- Previous experience in operating and setting CMC9000 machines is essential.
- Candidates with machine operation experience without setting experience may also be considered.
- Skills:
- High attention to detail and quality-focused.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Hours, Pay :
- Shifts: 4 days per week, Fixed da shift or night shift, your choice)
- 07:00 to 19:00 (day shift) or 19:00 to 07:00 (night shift)
- Pay: £12 per hour
