Print Coordinator , you will ensure the smooth processing of UK and export print orders while managing a selection of accounts to drive growth and maintain strong client relationships. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with a strong administrative background. Key Responsibilities: Process all print sales proformas and orders with precision. Provide efficient administrative support to the sales team across all stages of the sales process. Ensure all paperwork is accurate, guaranteeing customers receive the correct goods at the correct address and price. Prepare and submit accurate print purchase orders to suppliers promptly. Update the online whiteboard with order statuses and relevant details. Check, arrange, and submit client artwork for approval, ensuring amendments follow company procedures. Communicate effectively across internal departments to maintain service excellence. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Maintain high standards of record-keeping and organization. Provide cover for the print department during absences, holidays, or busy periods. Follow company procedures to minimize costs without compromising on quality. About You: We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual with: Essential Qualifications: GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (Grade C/L4 or above). Skills and Experience: Strong administrative background with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet usage. Excellent communication skills, including a confident and professional tele manner. Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced office environment. Character and Traits: A team player with a personable and collaborative attitude. Keen to learn and adapt quickly. Conscientious and motivated to support team members effectively. Committed to conducting yourself in line with company values. Additional Requirements: Proof of the right to work in the UK. Access to your own transport would be advantageous due to the office location. Polish language would be beneficial but is not essential. Why Join?
