Job Title: Mechanical Print Engineer Pyramid8 are recruiting for a full-time permanent Mechanical Print Engineer, for our client based in Castleford. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of the print industry and have a mechanical background.

Responsibilities:

Ensure production machinery is maintained and repaired to a high standard.

Respond to breakdowns on production machines and carry out mechanical fault findings.

Handle processes and mechanics of printing, including:

Sheet fed

Bindery

Print finishing

Install inkjet/digital systems using RIP and raster technology.

Conduct electrical fault-finding and installation of equipment supplied by Via KMP.

Manage projects and plan large installations and factory layouts.

Skills Required:
