Pin Point Recruitment is seeking a Print Production Controller for a print manufacturing business.
Job Role:
Collaborate with the Account Management team and Production Manager to ensure the required standard of brief is received, understanding client expectations. Manage the operational process of product manufacturing to maximize efficiency. Meet or exceed customer expectations. Minimize production costs and timings, reducing material and time wastage from quote through to complete production. Deliver on tasks correctly, on time, and on quality; escalate issues to the CSM and/or Account Manager as necessary. Maintain clear communication with the Account Management team and clients, providing updates on job progress and solutions. Effectively manage outsourced permanent POS. Keep personal knowledge updated on MIS systems, products, materials, and technical processes. Accurately operate the invoicing process in a timely manner. Strive for continual improvement in client work. Join the Account Management or New Business teams for pitches, presentations, or visits as required, seeking new cross-selling opportunities.
Skills Required: Excel knowledge (Essential) Thorough knowledge of print production practices and processes 5 years' experience in print High level of attention to detail Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Effective communication skills with colleagues and clients Good relationship building and negotiation skills Analytical thinking skills Professional approach to problem-solving and internal customer relations Reliable, trustworthy, and conscientious Collaborative team player Willingness to listen and learn from others Flexible and adaptable to priorities and business needs
