Role Specific Requirement: Required checks EL1 or EL2 Full Driving Licence Appropriate trade qualification Gas safe registration card Legionella Control (L8) Due to security vetting, candidates are required to have at least 3 year's continuous residency within the UK. Main Purpose:
To ensure the Planned Preventative Maintenance programme is completed in line with specifications and Work Packages. Please note, this role will be working within a prison environment.
Hours:
37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, working 7.5 hour shifts per day between the hours of 7am - 5pm.
Person Requirements: Experience: Maximo maintenance system experience or similar package Experience in operating light plant Responsibilities: Routine and non-routine maintenance Fault finding Identification of life expired equipment Check, repair and make good faults and life expired equipment Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment Mains water supply repairs Ensure all works are carried out to the highest safety standards and to agreed method statements Minimise wastage and continually improve processes Ensure statutory works are carried out to time and that work is compliant We are also looking for a facilities manager, team leader, and domestic electrician.
