Build trust with young people, motivating them to join and stay engaged with our coaching programs. Lead with Purpose:
Manage our team of skilled freelance coaches, coordinating schedules, training, and project timelines. Collaborate and Build Networks:
Work closely with prison staff and community organizations to boost program referrals and success rates. Drive Impact:
Maintain participant records, track program outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement. Champion Excellence:
Work with stakeholders to ensure our services remain impactful and relevant. Essential skills: Exceptional people skills—you're a natural relationship builder. Resilience and adaptability in challenging environments. Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail. Empathy and understanding of the unique challenges faced by young offenders and criminal justice staff. Proven experience in youth engagement, project management, or related fields.
