Private Client Solicitor - High Net Worth Individuals
Location: Tonbridge, Kent
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our established practice in Tonbridge, Kent. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of high net worth clients, providing expert legal advice on complex matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing comprehensive private client services to high net worth individuals Managing complex wills, trusts, and estate planning Handling probate administration and inheritance tax planning Advising on wealth preservation and succession planning Overseeing lasting powers of attorney and court of protection matters Building and maintaining strong client relationships Essential Requirements:
Qualified solicitor with significant post-qualification experience in private client work Proven track record of managing high net worth client portfolios Strong technical knowledge of tax and trust law Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work autonomously while contributing to the wider team STEP qualification (preferred) Benefits:
