About The Role Case Luggage are seeking a professional and motivated Assistant Manager to join their team. The role of Assistant Manager is to manage the team to drive sales productivity, efficiency, and customer service levels of the store. You would manage the sales performance of the store/concession and staff productivity level. Another part of the role is to support, manage and develop the Supervisor. As Assistant Manager your key responsibilities would include: Supporting the Store Manager in managing and inspiring your team to be at their best, and stepping up to cover the store when needed Maintaining a strong customer focus consistently, excelling in customer relations, dealing with requests and orders swiftly and efficiently to maximise customer experience Ensuring staff are coached, trained, and developed on all the latest products and health & safety Achieving and driving company-based targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Administrative duties including staff rotas, updating sales figures, ensuring paperwork and files are maintained Carrying out key holder responsibilities, including cashier, banking and store opening and closing procedures Having a thorough knowledge of all company/brand guidelines and standards Establishing a good understanding of health and safety policies of the store and ensure that staff uphold these policies Maintaining all price files, brand profiles, and use these to assist with stock requests and replenishment Ensuring all deliveries and stock takes are processed correctly Carrying out/assisting in any other duties as requested by the Store Manager, Area Manager or head office About You The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 1 years' experience as an Assistant Manager in a retail environment. In addition, you will have the following skills and experience: Numeracy and IT skills Leadership skills Exceptional customer service and sales focus Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks Ability to work well and lead within a team About The Company Case London has been a leading retailer of luxury and high-end luggage and travel goods since 1923.
