Private Care Coordinator-Head Office Bangor Salary:

up to £27,216 per annum, monthly and annual bonuses, as well as private health insurance. Hours:

Full time 9am - 5.30pm, including one evening per week (1pm-9pm) and occasional weekends (Sat or Sun: 7am-3pm or 11am-7pm, one in two). Principal Responsibilities Actively identifying opportunities to promote private care services to prospective clients. Responding to enquiries regarding private care packages and providing accurate information to potential customers. Developing and maintaining a pipeline of private care sales leads. Working collaboratively with the management team to set and achieve private care sales targets. Producing tailored care packages for private clients, ensuring alignment with their specific needs and preferences. Attending community events, networking opportunities, and other forums to promote Caremark’s private care offerings. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential private care clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Additional Responsibilities Answering all incoming telephone enquiries. Permanent allocation of Care & Support Workers to all service user visits and ensuring all visits are covered. Maintaining computer systems up to date at all times. Ensuring all customer and Care & Support Worker documentation and electronic records are kept up to date at all times. Ensuring compliance with all office systems and procedures. Production of reports and management information as required. Essential Qualifications: Good communication skills. Good knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office packages. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Excellent organisational skills. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with prospective clients and promote services effectively. Experience within the care industry. Desirable Qualifications: Experience in developing rotas. Background in sales or business development, ideally within a care setting. Job Types:
