The Role
Manage a varied, high-quality caseload including:
Wills
Executry Administration (including complex tax-paying estates)
Tax Planning
Powers of Attorney and Guardianships
Trust Creation
Advising clients on all aspects of private client matters
Gain in-depth knowledge of many specialisms within private client law

STEP qualification is not a prerequisite, but the drive to achieve this qualification will be well received.
