Sacco Mann are working on a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Chartered Legal Executive to join a busy Private Client department at a traditional firm based in York city centre. The firm is well-established in the city and has grown significantly over recent years. Flexible working is available within this role.
The busy department provides a full private client service covering estate planning, wills, probate, trusts, court of protection and powers of attorney. Your caseload will be diverse, and you will have lots of autonomy within the role. An interest in business development is required as you will be taking part in various activities to assist in the growth of the department further and expand the current client base.
The ideal candidate will be at least 8 years qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive and will have experience of managing your own varied private client caseload. Any experience with high-net-worth individuals and complex estates and trusts is also extremely beneficial.
STEP qualified individuals are desirable; however, this is not essential for the firm.
