What the role involves

• Build your own practice with the backing of a modern consultancy model.
• Here, you’ll have the freedom to take charge of your own practice while benefiting from the support of a like-minded community of senior lawyers.
• Running your own caseload of private client work — from simple wills and LPAs to complex estate planning.
• Making use of support services (compliance, AML, file opening, onboarding) as and when you need them.

Skills and requirements

• Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid experience in wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration.

Additional role context

• Fee share: Keep 75% of what you bill (rising up to 90% at higher billing levels).
• Referrals: Earn 15% for work referred on to other departments.
• Complete autonomy — no targets, bill as much or as little as you want.
