Sussex based Financial Advisors/Wealth Management practice seeks an experienced Private Client Solicitor (3yrs+) or FILEX to oversee an existing team (2-3 days WFH).
You will be undertaking a new role within the organisation heading up and managing the firms in-house legal services team (currently consisting of 2 Paralegals).
The successful CILEX or Solicitor in this role will be looking to take over and deal with the firms Probate & Trusts work which is currently being outsourced and to manage, train and develop the existing private client team who currently draft Wills, LPAs and POAs for clients.
This opportunity offers the chance for the successful individual to join the firms “Management Team” as a Director and Legal Compliance Officer (COLPs).
Previous experience working for either a private practice law firm or accountancy practice in a senior capacity would be preferred.
STEP or SFTE membership would be preferred.
Salary up to £65,000pa, 25 Days Annual Leave, Pension, Free Parking and Directorship.
WFH - 2-3 days per week.
