We are recruiting on behalf of a long-established general legal practice who have a vacancy in their Doncaster office for a Private Client Solicitor to join their busy team.
Applications for this role will be considered from candidates of all levels of experience from 1 year PQE upwards, and salary will be dependent on experience.
The successful candidate will manage a caseload including the following matters:
Drafting and advising on a range of wills Probate Estate administration LPAs Court of Protection Trusts
Essential Experience:
Knowledge of Wills, Probate and Estate administration, LPAs, Court of Protection, and Trusts Excellent communication and client care skills Strong organisational skills Clear verbal and written communication skills
Ideally, the successful candidate will work from the firm's main office in the City centre and potentially at the firm's sub-office South of the City centre as and when required.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.15pm
Benefits include:
22 days holiday plus bank holidays. A further day after 5 years of service and again after 10 years of service. Standard NEST pension.
