Key Responsibilities: As a Private Client Solicitor, you will handle a variety of Private Client matters with a particular focus on executries, ensuring a high level of expertise and client care. Your responsibilities will include: Managing estates of varying sizes and complexities. Preparing IHT and Confirmation forms. Handling Legal Rights claims and associated calculations. Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney. Maintaining excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Achieving targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Delivering exceptional service while managing your own caseload. What You ll Need: Proven experience in executry work with strong technical knowledge.
