About the Firm: A highly respected and well-established law firm in Newcastle is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team. Known for providing exceptional legal services with a personal touch, the firm places a strong emphasis on building lasting relationships with clients and offering tailored advice to meet their needs. As part of their expansion, they are looking for a dedicated solicitor to help shape their Private Client department.

The Role: The firm is looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Private Client Solicitor to manage a diverse and complex caseload of private client matters. This role will involve providing expert legal advice and assistance to clients, with a focus on professionalism and sensitivity. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be considered to head up the team, supporting and supervising junior team members, while also contributing to business development and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing a varied and complex caseload of private client matters. - Staying informed on relevant changes in law and best practices. - Contributing to business development and marketing activities. - Receiving support from a dedicated PA and additional assistance from a paralegal or trainee.

Person Specification:

- Qualified Solicitor with 4-5 years' experience in Private Client law. - Strong technical knowledge and experience in handling complex private client issues. - Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team while managing individual tasks. - Enthusiastic about ongoing professional development and staying current with legal changes.
