About the Firm
CRA Consulting are working with a specialist dedicated business dealing with Conveyancing, Wills, Trusts and Probate, Employment and Dispute Resolution legal matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established firm in their Private Client department, handling a wide range of private client work and develop your own caseload.
The role will see you:
Handle a wide range of PC work such as Wills, Probate, Trusts, Elderly Client, Court of Protection, Powers of Attorney
Support the Contentious Probate Team
Support existing Private Client fee earners whilst developing your own caseload
Achieve fee earning targets as set by the Company
Comply with the Company's policies and procedures
Undertake learning and development for Continuing Competence (as defined by the SRA)

About you:
Min. 3 years' PQE in private client matters
Work efficiently on a high volume of workloads
Computer literate and competent in MS Office programmes
Self-sufficient with the ability to work within a team
Utilise the case management system
