Private Client Lawyer , you will take responsibility for complex cases and provide guidance to junior team members. You will manage a diverse portfolio, ranging from estate planning for high-net-worth individuals to trust management and contentious probate cases. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work with a variety of clients, offering expert legal advice and building long-term professional relationships. Key Responsibilities: Providing detailed advice on wills, trusts, and estate planning. Managing probate and estate administration, including high-value and complex matters. Advising clients on tax-efficient inheritance and succession planning. Drafting legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds. Offering guidance on Court of Protection matters and deputyship applications. Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of service. Keeping up to date with legal developments in private client law. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE in private client law. In-depth knowledge of inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and trust law. Experience managing high-value estates and advising high-net-worth clients. Excellent leadership and client relationship management skills. Proven track record in business development. STEP qualification or progress towards STEP accreditation is desirable.
