Responsibilities • Wills • Administration of estates • Lasting powers of attorney • Court of Protection matters • Managing elderly clients’ financial affairs • Inheritance tax issues • Drafting trust documents • Probate
The Candidate • Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of two up to four years’ PQE • Solid experience in private client matters gained within a reputable firm • Excellent client care skills • Empathetic approach • Ability to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language
