Experience
* 3+ years PQE Experience working in a Private Client team
* Excellent planning and prioritising skills
* Strong written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
* drafting wills;
* To ensure that all complaints are dealt with professionally, promptly and in accordance with firm policies;
* To ensure that documents are completed in accordance with firm procedures;
* Supervising more junior members of the team;
* Powers of attorney;
* Attending clients in their own environment as required;
* Proactively networking and marketing within the team to generate new business and reputation;
* Assisting in the promotion, development and marketing of the Private Client department, in order to grow the practice;
* Running a caseload which will involve a wide range of private client matters, acting on behalf of a range of clients;
* Managing a busy caseload with limited supervision;
* Providing support to existing Private Client Fee Earners and to further develop own caseload;
* Dealing with all aspects of estate planning, probate and the administration of estates and trusts;
* Promoting a compassionate and sensitive disposition and client experience when dealing with the elderly or incapacitated;
* Acting for high net worth individuals;
