Private Client Lawyer

We require an experienced Private Client lawyer to join our busy private client department. A vacancy has arisen for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Probate Practitioner, or Legal Executive with experience in all aspects of private client work. The position will require the applicant to be competent in the drafting of all types of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and all aspects of estate administration. The position can be office-based at our Yeovil offices, or remote with a hybrid role being required so that there are days in the office to see clients. We are ideally looking for a full-time position, although there is some flexibility with this, and applications will be considered from applicants looking for a part-time role also. Applicants will be responsible for managing their own caseload and fee income, work well under pressure, and have the ability to secure new work. Applicants must have experience in dealing with the full array of private client matters. Applicants should be willing to work as part of a team but also able and willing to work using their own initiative. A full job description is available on request. Salary is dependent on experience.
