Private Client Locum
Location: West Midlands
Hourly Rate: Competitive
Venn Group is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity with a prestigious law firm located in the West Midlands. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Locum Private Client Solicitor to join their dynamic team for an initial 3 months whilst the firm recruit permanently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a comprehensive Private Client caseload, including:
- Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Estate Administration and Trusts
- Provide expert legal advice and maintain strong client relationships
- Autonomously manage cases at various stages, including new instructions
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years PQE across Private Client work
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex Probate and LPA matters
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Experience with agricultural cases is a plus, but not essential
