The Role: The successful candidate will work on a diverse and rewarding caseload, advising clients on matters such as: Drafting bespoke Wills. Assisting with estate administration and estate planning. Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney. Advising on trust creation, management, and administration. Supporting clients with Court of Protection applications, including deputyships.
