This full-time role will encapsulate a range of responsibilities, including advising on national and international matters such as: Payment of liabilities and legacies Probate administration Attending client meetings to sign documents including wills Dealing with receipt of funds Assisting with attorney administration and trust administration matters Preparation of powers of attorney, attorney admin & trust administration File opening, archiving and billing Ensuring all files are compliant with internal and external policies Pro-active participation in marketing initiatives What do you need?
At least 6 months previous experience within private client law within a private practice law firm Experience as a private client paralegal Local candidates preferred, or those with strong ties to Exeter & Devon What next?
