Private Client Senior Associate Exeter Chadwick Nott have recently received instruction from our client, a highly regarded law firm with a strong presence both in the UK and internationally. This award-winning firm is looking for an experienced Private Client Senior Associate to join their growing team. As part of their national team, you will have the opportunity to work with international, HNW and UHNW clients and develop your career alongside leading Private Client Lawyers. The work will span the full range of Private Client matters including complex wills, probate, trust and estate working with a range of clients, from families and individuals to trustees and advisory firms. Your duties will include: Estate and asset protection planning Drafting wills, including tax-efficient options and trusts Creating and advising on onshore trusts Probate and estate administration Powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters The ideal candidate will have around 6 years PQE and a solid grounding in Private Client work from a reputable firm. Strong technical and communication skills are essential. While STEP qualified is desired, it is not essential. You must be able to independently manage your own caseload while providing training and supervision to junior team members and can expect to play an active role in business development.
