This role offers an excellent opportunity for a solicitor at the start of their career or with up to five years of post-qualification experience to take on new challenges and contribute to team development. The Role: The successful candidate will join a thriving Private Client department, handling a diverse caseload that includes: Drafting wills and creating trusts. Advising on inheritance tax planning and probate matters. Administering estates and powers of attorney. Supporting clients with Court of Protection applications. Assisting with team growth through marketing and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Candidate Profile: A qualified solicitor with NQ to 5 years of PQE. Experience in Private Client work is desirable, but candidates with transferable skills and the right mindset will also be considered. A proactive, client-focused professional with strong interpersonal skills. An adaptable and organised individual capable of managing varied workloads.
