QED Legal is working on an exciting opportunity for a
Private Client Solicitor
to join a well-established and highly reputable law firm in
Basildon, Essex .
You will be given the opportunity to work for a well-respected Legal 500 regional firm and their busy private client team. The team is extremely supportive, and from assisting previous candidates, we can vouch that they do regular 1-1 training sessions and are very supportive.
The ideal candidate must: Have 1 to 4 years post-qualifying experience in the relevant area of practice. Be experienced with handling a caseload including Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, and Capital Gains Tax.
Personal attributes: A client-centered focus and proactively maximising client relationships. A can-do, motivated, and positive attitude. Committed to delivering excellent service. Excellent communicator, both written and oral.
