Private Client Solicitor
to join a well-established and highly reputable law firm in
Basildon, Essex .
You will be given the opportunity to work for a well-respected Legal 500 regional firm and their busy private client team. The team is extremely supportive, and from assisting previous candidates, we can vouch that they conduct regular 1-1 training sessions and provide substantial support.
The ideal candidate must: Have 2 to 5 years post-qualifying experience in the relevant area of practice Be experienced in handling a caseload including Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, and Capital Gains Tax.
Personal attributes: A client-centered focus and proactive approach to maximizing client relationships A can-do, motivated, and positive attitude Commitment to delivering excellent service Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
