Role Overview In this role, you will handle a variety of private client work files, delivering high-quality legal advice with commercial insight to meet client expectations. As part of the team, you’ll also contribute to business development, raising both your own and the firm’s profile through relationship building, marketing activities, and networking. Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of private client work advising on tax and trusts, drafting wills and dealing with probate and administration of estates. Drafting, negotiating, and liaising directly with clients, ensuring thorough understanding and alignment with their expectations. Contributing to the production of articles, marketing materials, and attending networking events. Tracking time recording, WIP, and billing on own files and assisting in team matters. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills and client management experience, along with a focus on high-quality service delivery. We are looking for:
A qualified Solicitor or FILEX with experience in Private Client law. STEP qualified or studying towards STEP. Strong drafting, negotiation, and organisational skills, capable of managing files with minimal supervision Excellent client management skills, with a proven ability to deliver outstanding client service.
