Private Client Lawyer
to join their busy private client department as an
Associate . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to develop their career within a collaborative and specialist team. The Role The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic team comprising two partners, a senior associate, and a newly qualified solicitor. They will handle a broad range of private client matters, offering tailored advice and practical solutions to a diverse client base. Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload, including: Drafting wills and estate planning. Advising on tax planning and trusts. Probate and estate administration. Powers of attorney and managing the financial affairs of incapacitated or vulnerable clients. Delivering clear, empathetic, and practical advice to clients. Maintaining high standards of client care and professionalism. Contributing to the continued success and growth of the private client department. The Ideal Candidate A qualified solicitor with at least 3 years of PQE in private client law. Strong academic background with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Numerate and interested in tax, with sound knowledge of estate and succession planning. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to handle sensitive matters with professionalism. A "can-do" attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
