Private Client Associate
to join a well-established and top tier law firm. The role is a Private Client Solicitor position that offers a structured pathway for progression and development within a large and successful team. Responsibilities include managing a caseload across various areas such as Wills and estate planning, Powers of Attorney, probate and estate administration, personal taxation, Trusts, and Trust administration, with a supervisory element included. The ideal candidate must: Have +4 years post-qualifying experience in a relevant area of practice Be experienced in handling a caseload including Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, and Capital Gains Tax. Possess a private client specific accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE, or be working towards one.
