Main duties and Responsibilities:
You will take on an already existing caseload of varied Private Client work which will consist of Wills, Probate, Administration of Estates, LPA's, Inheritance Tax Planning, and Trusts. Ability to manage appropriate caseload types and complexities. Attending clients, taking instructions, and preparing cases. Dealing with correspondence. Maintaining accurate time and cost recording and other management records.
What we need from you:
Minimum 2 years Private Client fee earning experience, essential. Driving licence and own car. Supervision experience / Head of Department would be ideal. Proven track record of meeting fee targets and deadlines. Strong legal knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing process. Excellent communication and client care skills.
